Inkjet printer is now our office is indispensable a good helper, the printer is very simple to use, but in the printer when there is a problem how should we deal with it?Summarized a few common small method to everybody today！！！

Print with horizontal stripes (small intervals), or blurry

[Cause of failure] Lateral fine lines, indicating that some nozzles of the print head failed to spray ink correctly
[Troubleshooting] Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot
1) Check the nozzle to confirm whether the nozzle is blocked
2) Clean the print head. If ordinary cleaning cannot solve the problem, try deep cleaning
3) Check whether the amount of ink under the cleaning unit is normal (alcohol drops from the cap of the cleaning unit to check the cleaning effect) replace the cleaning unit
4) Replace the print head
5) Replace the car
6) Replace the motherboard

Print color missing, color offset

[Cause of failure] Ink of a certain color did not eject from the print head at all
[Troubleshooting] Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot
1) Check the ink state of the cartridge and confirm whether the ink has been used up.
2) Check whether the protective tape of the cartridge is removed

3) Perform nozzle check to confirm whether the print head is blocked.
(PS: refer to the above solution for printing horizontal lines for subsequent elimination steps)

Fixed position of vertical stripes, print dislocation

[Fault Analysis] When printing, the uniform movement of the car to the specified position is controlled by the coding sensor reading the grating bar.If there are stains or scratches on the grating, it will cause the lettering wheel to not move evenly, resulting in vertical stripes.
[Troubleshooting]
1) Clean the grating strip
2) If there are scratches on the grating strip, replace it
3) word car slide grease is not uniform, evenly smear oil

Printed photos are blurry and grainy

[Fault reason] ink drop can not accurately spray to the printing medium, ink drop is too large
[Troubleshooting]
1) Confirm whether the media type selection in the drive is correct
2) Set the print quality to "high" in the driver
3) Perform print head alignment calibration. If automatic calibration fails, manual alignment can be attempted
4) adjust the height of the word car
5) Replace the print head

Print photos with horizontal stripes (medium spacing, distinct from the small spacing before)

[Fault analysis] transverse medium spacing stripes, can be judged to be related to the paper moving mechanism.The paper feed roller, the paper press roller and the paper output roller have defects
[Troubleshooting]
1) Confirm that the correct media type is set in the driver
2) Whether the LF paper grating disc is dirty and dusty
3) Whether the LF encoder is dirty or abnormal
4) Whether the belt tension is abnormal, adjust the tension
5) Whether the feeding roller, pressing roller and discharging roller are abnormal, and if so, replace them

Print photos, front or tail (about 3 cm) with horizontal stripes or uneven printing phenomenon

[Fault analysis] If the paper is fed or discharged at an uneven rate, less ink will be sprayed to its current position.Causing streaks or unevenness at the front or back end of the paper.
[Troubleshooting]
1) There is something wrong with the spiking wheel unit, replace the spiking wheel unit
2) If there is a problem with the feed roller or pressure roller, replace the feed roller or pressure roller
